About Dialect
Dialect helps CEOs and leaders manage the relationships between divisions or departments in order to achieve sync. We do this by helping them create a unique framework that does two things:
• Helps them move diverse departments toward shared goals.
• Articulates what the organization stands for in a way that is authentic and easily understood.
We differ from other consultants because we focus on cognitive diversity. In other words, we are each wired differently and are motivated by different parts of an organization’s identity. Because of this, organizational identity, strategy, and goals must be uniquely designed and reinforced in multiple ways in order to maximize organizational effectiveness. We call this process translation.
