Our consulting engagements typically consist of the following:
Inquiry
We start by conducting confidential, personal interviews and focus groups to gain perspectives on your strengths and your presenting issue. The interviews and focus groups will consist of oral questions and a written survey that will help us establish a measurement baseline. We provide a written overview of themes and survey results.
Identity Workshop
We will then facilitate a group process that clarifies what you stand for, taking into account the cognitive diversity of stakeholders. The end result of the Workshop is a one-page articulation of what you stand for that ties the following together in a cohesive whole:
- Your purpose and signature strength.
- Evidence of how you currently deliver your signature strength.
- A description of your desired culture.
- A clear picture of your direction.
- A description of your key stakeholders
Once the articulation of your identity is tested with appropriate stakeholders, we work with you to develop, with a Translation Plan that outlines how you will take cognitive diversity into account to make your newly articulated identity come alive within the organization. The Translation Plan includes principles of communication and behavioral change.
Bringing Your Identity to Life
We work with your team to create tools and processes that will support and reinforce what you stand for. During this stage, we can be an active provider or a coach to your team.
Measurement
After the Translation Plan has been initiated we measure preliminary results through an electronic survey. We will use the survey to compare the current state to the baseline established during Inquiry. We will then use the measurement results to discuss next steps with you.
